Nothing But Colour
Formerly The Winterfriends (2012-2019) Nothing But Colour are an acoustic collective quintet that periodically records folk & jazz influenced indie-pop songs written by Everything Under The Sun (topliner Phaedra and composer Dean). Current collective members include Hendy Minfaq (guitar) and John Watson/Rhys Hinrichsen (drums) and other part-time members. Nothing But Colour are currently mastering their first album.
Madam Nightingale
Perhaps a joyful and artfully bizarre love triangle between Everything But The Girl, Kate Bush and The The gave rise to Madam Nightingale - a post-genre act performing synthpop influenced alt-pop songs written and sung by Phaedra and performed live by Dean. Madam Nightingale are currently recording their first EP and appearing at selected arts festivals around south eastern Australia.
The Phosphenes
The Phosphenes create imperfect three-minute pop songs from a standard dysfunctional rock line-up (with added harmonica for your convenience) that - replete with catchy hooks and upbeat rhythms, armed with poignant and quirky humour, and dripping in vocal harmonies – stick in your head and rewire your brain. Dean (2nd from left) is their frontman and main songwriter, performing with Jason Cutler (bass), Simon Stockdale (guitar) and John Watson (drums). The Phosphenes perform regularly in the Greater Melbourne Area.
Apollo Productions
Trained in event production by Laura Milke Garner whilst a producer on the hillsceneLIVE festival Creative Leadership Committee 2021-5, Phaedra is currently appointed to the external assessment panel as a reviewer for the City of Melbourne's arts grants program 2020-4. A keen philanthropist, Phaedra produces music events, sponsors group art exhibitions, personally supports selected emerging, queer and marginalised musicians, and provides grant application and auspice support for selected artists with a disability under the moniker Apollo Productions.
Darebin Songwriters' Guild
The Darebin Songwriters‘ Guild welcomes people with a song in their hearts or a tune in their heads. It's an opportunity for songwriters to get together to learn from and encourage each other, to listen and be listened to. It‘s nurturing but unprecious, great for inspiration and networking. Lyricists meet tunesmiths, singers meet writers, guitarists meet pianists… the possibilities are endless. Dean co-convenes the Darebin Songwriters‘ Guild.
Dean Lombard Music
As well as music projects already listed above Dean as Dean Lombard Music plays solo, sessions, & works in or for an enormous variety of other Melbourne-based bands including but not limited to Dear Buffalo & Dom Rogers & the Scray City Rollers. Dean also records, mixes & produces acoustic & electronic music for other artists.

Made_ByPhaedra launched at Melbourne Fashion Week's Fashion Capsules 2021 exhibition event, featuring in Capsule#7 'Made by Many' presented by Creative Victoria. It is the home of Contemporary Art Jewellery, Wearable Art, Bricolage Sculpture & items of random creation as made by multidisciplinary artist Phaedra.
